Frequently Asked Questions

01 What is the axle capacity on your trailers?

Our Dexter® axles are matched to the tank size to provide the appropriate load capacity:

  • 550-gallon trailers: 5,000 lb axle
  • 750-gallon trailers: 6,000 lb axle
  • 950-gallon trailers: 7,000 lb axle

This ensures each trailer is engineered to safely support its intended operating capacity.

02 Do your trailers and accessories include a warranty?

Yes. Every trailer and each installed component is covered by its respective manufacturer's warranty. Muckerheide Ag honors and supports the individual warranties provided by each manufacturer.

If you have questions regarding the warranty coverage for a specific trailer, pump, DEF system, or accessory, please contact our team at 317-206-1496.

03 Are your trailers DOT and HazMat compliant?

Our trailers are designed to meet applicable transportation requirements:

  • Standard Fuel Trailers: DOT compliant
  • Deluxe Fuel Trailers: DOT compliant
  • Multi-Tank Trailers: DOT compliant and designed so that HazMat placarding is not required under their intended operating configuration.

If you have questions about regulatory requirements for your specific application or the products you transport, our team will be happy to help determine the appropriate configuration.

04 Where are your trailers manufactured?

The trailer bodies are manufactured in Honey Grove, Texas. Each trailer is then completed at Muckerheide Ag Headquarters, where our technicians install pumps, DEF systems, plumbing, and any additional custom options or accessories.

This final assembly process ensures every trailer is built to our quality standards and configured to meet each customer's specific needs.
